Got this tips over my slimming session I had today.

 Want to burn KJs in your sleep?  Down more diary dairy! (thanks Azhar!).. It has got casein protein in them which digests slowly and hence does not turn to fat easily.  This means it continues to supply amino acids to your muscle mass and your body will burn calories even when you are snoozing….hhmm..

Isn’t this amazing?…So drink up a glass of milk before you sleep okay darlings!!!
